UFC Vegas 62 Weigh-In Results: One Fight Scrapped; Another Fighter Misses Weight

Chicago, IL, United States - June 7, 2019: Alexa Grasso during weigh-in before her UFC 238 fight at United Center.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns this weekend after a one-week hiatus with UFC Vegas 62, also known as UFC Fight Night 212, at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In the main event, top flyweight contenders Alexa Grasso (14-3) takes on Viviane Araujo (11-3) as they look to emerge as the next contender at 125-pounds. In the co-main event, Cub Swanson takes on Jonathan Martinez. Unfortunately, a featured bout between top flyweights Askar Askarov and Brandon Royval was scratched from the card on Friday morning due to Askarov struggling with weight issues.

Ahead of Saturday’s event, the remainder of the fighters had to step onto the scale for the official weigh-ins.
