The 2022 MLB Field of Dreams Game uniforms have been released with the Cincinnati Reds and Chicago Cubs unveiling their throwbacks that date back more than 100 years.
When the Reds take the field in the middle of the Iowa cornfields, they will be wearing a uniform inspired by the classic look worn between 1914 and 1920, including their World Championship season in 1919. The white uniforms feature royal blue pinstripes with a Tuscan-style red “C” on the cap along with a red band.

The Cubs, meanwhile, are wearing uniforms inspired from their 1914 season which feature a navy blue cap. On the cap is a white bear with a baseball bat under its arm. The Cubs will be wearing a cream uniform that features the same bear inside of a red wishbone “C” on the jersey.

The 2022 MLB at Field of Dreams Game will take place at the iconic Field of Dreams Movie Site in Dyersville, Iowa on Thursday, August 11. The game will be held in the 8,000-seat stadium which was constructed next to the film site. The first pitch is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. ET
