Dana White’s Contender Series returned for another season this week as the UFC attempts to find some of the top up-and-coming prospects in mixed martial arts.

Season 6 continues on Tuesday night with Dana White’s Contender Series 47. At the end of the night, if any fighters impress UFC President Dana White enough, they will be awarded a UFC contract.

In the featured bout of the night, middleweight Ozzy Diaz and Joe Pyfer will look to close out the night on a high note.

Other bouts on the card include a light heavyweight contest between Anton Turkalj and Acacio dos Santos, a featherweight bout between Dennis Buzukja and Kaleio Romero, and the night’s opening bout between Alessandro Costa and Andres Luna Martinetti at flyweight.

A scheduled bantamweight bout between Farid Basharat and Willian Souza was canceled by the Nevada State Athletic Commission after Souza weighed in a whopping 10 pounds over the bantamweight limit.
