Fan Quickly Learns Why You Shouldn’t Rush The Cage At A UFC Event (VIDEO)

I hate to use cliches, but when you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. We see this time and time again from fans, and UFC 274 at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona over the weekend was no different.

In a video posted to social media, a woman can be seen talking into the camera before attempting to make a rush toward the cage. Judging by the replay on the jumbotron, the incident happened shortly after Charles Oliveira choked out Justin Gaethje in the main event.

The woman jetted by the first few security members, but as she made her way to the apron she took a huge hit that sent her launching off of the apron and onto the arena floor. It was a beautiful hit and seemed like security had been preparing their entire life for that one opportunity.

There was more action in those few moments than the entire co-main event bout. And the crowd loved every second of it.

Now, I don’t know who needs to hear this, but acting like a fool at a UFC event is one of the worst decisions you can make at a live sporting event. Sure, fans are bold in every major sport, but the chances of things going your way at an MMA event are slim to none.

Better luck next time, ma’am, and be smarter.
