The 2022 NCAA Tournament continues this week with the start of the Sweet 16 on Thursday night. The games will be a doubleheader on CBS and TBS.
In the nightcap on TBS, the South Region puts on an intriguing Sweet 16 matchup at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas with the No. 5 Houston Cougars taking on the region’s No. 1 seed Arizona Wildcats.
Tip-off is set for 9:59 p.m. ET.
