Golf Twitter is buzzing after Tour member Dustin Johnson decided to go with a new look in preparation for this weekend’s Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Course. The two-time major winner who has been sporting a full beard for some time almost looks unrecognizable to his fans and media after sporting a clean shave. The jokes came rolling in immediately when the first images of Johnson’s new look were spotted on Twitter.

Whatever the case may be, Johnson isn’t too worried about his facial hair at the moment. With only 30 golfers remaining in the playoffs, Johnson is hoping his play is far more interesting this his decision to shave off his beard. The 37-year-old has a tough task in front of him as he heads into the weekend ranked 15th in the current standings. With a strong performance this weekend, Johnson could add the nickname “baby-faced assassin” to his resume.
