An anti-capitalist protestor was trying to make some sort of statement when things went terribly wrong.
Kevin Clarke, a 32-year-old demonstrator who was trying to deface Chase Bank as part of the protest, started scaling up the wall of the building before losing his grip.
Clarke quickly realized he made a horrible mistake as he took a brutal fall about 30-feet onto the sidewalk and groaned in pain.
As for the substance that could be seen pouring out from underneath him, don’t worry, it wasn’t blood. It was likely black paint or oil that he was planning on using to deface the building.
He arrested for his efforts on charges of reckless endangerment and taken to a hospital for treatment, according to TMZ.
While Clarke suffered a hip injury, he is expected to be just fine.
As for the rest of the protest, it kind of came to a swift end after they watched one of their comrades plummet into the ground.
