Edwards has been looking for an opponent since COVID-19 delayed his bout with top prospect Khamzat Chimaev on three different occasions. Now, he will look to build on his eight-fight winning streak with a win over one of the biggest names in the sport as he states his case for a crack at the welterweight title.
UFC 262 will be headlined by a bout between Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveira for the vacant lightweight championship.
