Tiger Woods continues to make progress in his recovery from a severe car accident on February 23.

On Tuesday night, Woods announced that he has been released from the hospital and is continuing to cover from his injuries at home.

Woods, who had been recovering at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, “suffered comminuted open fractures in his right leg.”

That means the bone was fractured in multiple places and broke through the skin. As a result, doctors used a rod and screws to stabilize his leg.

Woods also suffered injuries to his left leg.

We continue to wish Tiger a full and speedy recovery and hope that he will be able to resume his golf career once he is fully healed.
