Ladies and gentlemen, we are just days away from the final UFC pay-per-view of the year, UFC 259 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. The highly-anticipated event features a whopping three championship bouts.
In the main event, middleweight champion Israel Adesanya moves up to light heavyweight to take on 205-pound champion Jan Blachowicz in an effort to become the promotion’s latest two-division champion.
In the co-main event, two-division women’s champion Amanda Nunes puts her featherweight belt on the line against top contender Megan Anderson.
And if that wasn’t enough, bantamweight titleholder Petr Yan defends his strap against the always exciting Aljamain Sterling.
Ahead of the highly-anticipated pay-per-view event, UFC commentators John Gooden and former title challenger Anthony Smith took the time to provide a tactical analysis of the contest with the tale of the tape and by taking an in-depth look at the highlights and careers of both fighters.
