Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy, is the latest far-right personality to find themselves banned from Twitter.

The social media platform announced this week that Lindell has been suspended for repeated violations of the company’s civic integrity policy, which aims to stop the spread of misinformation, according to CNN.com.

“The account you referenced has been permanently suspended due to repeated violations of our Civic Integrity Policy,” a Twitter spokesperson said in a statement.

Lindell had been recklessly spreading misinformation about election fraud along with bogus rumors about Dominion Voting Systems.

Because of his spread of misinformation, Lindell had his product dropped by Bed, Bath & Beyond, Kohl’s, and others.

Twitter previously suspended Donald Trump for his role in inciting a riot at the U.S. Capitol.

“After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence,” Twitter said.

“In the context of horrific events this week, we made it clear on Wednesday that additional violations of the Twitter Rules would potentially result in this very course of action.”

It will be interesting to see which of Trump’s most staunch supporters will be next to lose their access to the social media platform.
