Instead of making a candy run like their usual tradition, Pastner brought in a COVID-19 pinata for his players that was stuffed with sweets.
“We’re gonna take the ball and he’s gonna smash it,” Pastner said in the video.
Pastner allowed star player Khalid Moore to do the honors.

As you can see, the team enjoyed the surprise.
Georgia Tech is now 2-2 on the season. Up next for the Yellow Jackets, is a trip to Tallahassee to take on the No. 20-ranked Florida State Seminoles.
If they pick up another win, it will be interesting to see what Pastner has in store next.
