A woman in Brazil attempted to get creative in order to smuggle drugs but ended up getting busted despite her best efforts.
The “pregnant” woman was attempting to board a bus from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro when a search revealed she was smuggling bricks of cocaine in her “baby bump.”
The “baby bump” in question turned out to be a hollowed-out watermelon that was full of 4.5-pounds of cocaine.
The woman said she was paid $100 to transport the drugs from Paraguay to Rio.
Let’s hope that she has better luck next time and can enjoy the fruits of her labor.
