The Ultimate Fighting Championship closed out November with UFC on ESPN 18, also known as UFC Vegas 15, at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In the main event, former title challenger Anthony Smith returned to top form to score a first-round triangle choke submission win over Devin Clark.

Following the event, the Nevada State Athletic Commission announced the medical suspensions from the event. Six fighters on the card could be out of action for six months.

Miguel Baeza defeated Takashi Sato by Submission (Arm Triangle, Round 2, 4:28)
•Sato must have left orbital floor fracture cleared by Oral Maxillary Facial, ENT or plastic surgeon or no contest until 05/28/21; minimum suspension no contest until 01/13/21, no contact until 12/29/20.

Parker Porter defeated Josh Parisian by Unanimous Decision (30-26, 30-27, 29-28)
•Porter must have left hand x-rayed, if positive must be cleared by Dr or no contest until 05/28/21, minimum suspension no contest until 12/29/20, no contact until 12/20/20.
