Earl Thomas started celebrating his 31st birthday early this morning by firing up Instagram to say how mad he was that news got out of an April confrontation he had with his wife where she put a 9mm to his head (allegedly) during an orgy gone bad for Earl. The details from this one are nuts so let’s get to what Earl has to say and then we’ll move to the police report details on how Nina Thomas went nuts when she found out an orgy was going down with Earl’s mistress.

Someone tipped off TMZ to a police report on the whole thing and here’s what went down, according to cops and witnesses. Nina Thomas used Snapchat’s location search to track Earl to an Airbnb and that’s where things get wild. Nina put a posse together to go confront Earl and his orgy participants.
When the women arrived at the house, they “discovered Earl and Seth naked in bed with other women.”
That’s when Nina admits she pulled out the gun and put it to Earl’s head — stating “that she took out the magazine thinking that the gun could not fire.” But, cops say Nina was “unaware that the gun had a round in the chamber.”
Cops say one of the women in the house shot cell phone video of the incident … which they say shows Nina pointing the gun at Earl’s head “from less than a foot away and it can clearly be seen that Nina’s finger was on the trigger and the safety is disengaged.”
Nina and members of her posse were arrested and a protective order was slapped on Earl’s wife. Nina’s attorney says she denies the charges. I’m not a marriage expert by any stretch, but something tells me this isn’t one you can salvage at this point. It’s a shame things couldn’t have gone smoother with the orgy where Nina could’ve stayed out of jail and taken all of Earl’s money. Gotta keep your head in the game, Nina.
