Rudy Gobert is (allegedly) the gift that keeps on giving as the Utah Jazz big man is now accused of transmitting coronavirus to a Rhode Island kid via a meeting where the kid got an autograph from Gobert. The Jazz played in Boston on March 6 and now the kid is dealing with corona. You probably haven’t forgotten that Gobert is accused of giving Donovan Mitchell the corona and has been accused of being careless around teammates.
“Mitchell is ‘extremely frustrated’ with Gobert, league sources told SI.com. In an Instagram post, Mitchell said of coronavirus ‘hopefully people can continue to educate themselves and realize that they need to behave responsibly both for their own health and for the well being of those around them.'”
Keep in mind that Gobert and the Jazz left Boston and went to Detroit for a game on Saturday. Gobert played 35 minutes in that game before the Jazz went to Oklahoma City and he tested positive for corona setting off where we find ourselves at this point. I’m not saying anyone in Detroit has the corona from Rudy, but I’d be real concerned if you start having a dry cough.

Interesting Coronavirus-related development out of Rhode Island. Gobert and the Jazz played the Celtics in Boston last week. https://t.co/1kdSTptMBg
