Kirk Herbstreit Rips Ohio State Fans For Conspiracy Theories

Kirk Herbstreit & Ohio State fans battle over whether SEC officials cheated the Buckeyes and if ESPN has a bias / via Twitter

Kirk Herbstreit has finally had it with Ohio State fans and their Fiesta Bowl conspiracy theories and he unleashed on some of them who keep bombarding him with conspiracies surrounding the SEC referees and ESPN having a bias against Ohio State. Herbstreit, seemingly worn out with Buckeye fans, reminded OSU fans that he thought the reversed fumble call was a missed call and that ESPN would love to have Ohio State in every national championship game.

But we all know that there are lunatics at every school — remember Herbstreit moved from Columbus to Nashville to get away from the lunatics who wouldn’t leave him alone after calling Buckeye games — and they’re not taking Herbie’s word on these issues.

Keep in mind that ESPN is now in bed with the ACC and the SEC while Fox Sports has the Big Ten TV package and hired Urban Meyer. Ohio State fans think this TV package battle means that the Buckeyes are going to get shorted any chance ESPN gets. Herbie will eventually have to ignore this stuff or it’ll drive him insane.

Let’s go to the Twitter battle:

This play has Ohio State fans thinking ESPN coordinated a call overturn so it would give Clemson an advantage:
