Just when I thought it was going to be a quiet buildup to the LSU-Alabama game this year, the fine folks at Grace Health & Rehab Center in Slaughter, Louisiana went and had a good time Friday and held their very own College GameDay experience complete with GameDay signs, multiple ladies who’d love to grab Lee Corso’s ass and of course a giant pot of gumbo because LSU fans ain’t having a GameDay without the best damn food you’ll ever have in your life.
Guys, I’ve been at this a long time. It’ll be 12 years in December since BC was born and there are times when I see content and I am in awe. This is one of those moments. The passion you get from LSU fans is something I can’t describe to those who’ve never been to Baton Rouge for a game. You really just need to experience for yourself, a few times. My first time was 2012 when AJ McCarron hit T.J. Yeldon for a 28-yard touchdown pass to beat LSU 21-17 at Death Valley. Wild times. I remember walking up to the gate to get in and it was one of the wildest scenes I’d ever seen. Huge emotions. Better than any dumb drug you could put in your system. Do yourself a favor and see this rivalry in Baton Rouge. Thank me later.
Anyway, the great folks at Grace Health & Rehab Center, 24 miles north of campus, are to be commended for having fun, making jokes, enjoying the hell out of life. The ladies are about to get some serious social media attention today as people across the country find out about these incredible signs. Best I’ve seen all year.
Never stop having that LSU fun, ladies. Never graduate.
