An Arizona man accused of trying to launder more than $1 million in drug money by making it appear it came from cashed out winnings at Hollywood Casino Toledo pleaded not guilty Thursday to multiple felony charges.

Mr. Brown is accused of “fast feeding” currency into gaming machines at Hollywood Casino from March 1, 2016, through June 14, 2017. Fast feeding is the practice of taking large sums of money into a casino, inserting it into a slot machine and playing for a brief period of time. The player then receives a cash-out ticket for the unused currency and redeems the ticket for currency at the casino’s “cage,” Mr. Crawford said.
