It’s been about as mesmerizing as it gets. Jeopardy Emma has spent the last two nights saying “please” to Alex Trebek in one of the most unique voices in Jeopardy history. I’m not sure if there’s an explanation for her voice. It sounds like the old lady from Poltergeist so if they ever remake that movie that job is all hers because the old lady is dead.
Emma Arnold is a high school junior from Owings Mills, Maryland.
As for Jeopardy Emma’s run in the Teen Tournament, she finished second and won $50,000. The final Jeopardy clue was “It’s the official fruit of the District of Columbia.” Answer: cherry.
