…after a long day of playing in a major cornhole tournament here in the neighborhood, but I have initial observations for what we saw on Saturday:
• Jim Harbaugh finally got his competent QB and it’s still the same old Harbaugh offense
• Have you seen Alabama‘s schedule? Only thing stopping them at this point is a Georgia stunner in the SEC title game paired with a CFB playoff committee that’s tired of the SEC dominance and only sends one team to the Final Four
• NBC has to get that down marker fixed to not be yellow; major fail last night
• Notre Dame continues to be a huge bore for GameDay broadcasts
• Was there a game that wasn’t delayed by lightning?
• The Vols rebuild is going to take years; the question becomes ‘Will Pruitt get enough time to build it into a 10-win team?’ Hasn’t been done in 11 years
• Figured Oregon State +38.5 would be fine when they dropped 31 on Ohio State
• Kansas should just drop football after a loss last night to Nicholls State; the Jayhawks have 28 wins in the last 10 years
