Hawaii Coach Nick Rolovich Brought A Britney Spears Impersonator To Mountain West Media Days

How do I know that Hawaii head coach Nick Rolovich has a future as a head coach in the SEC? He has some serious ingenuity at Mountain West Media Days and knows how to create a scene with the locals (in this case, the Mountain West media) which will work incredibly well in Starkville once they need a coach 5-7 years from now.
Mike Leach isn’t the only guy out there stealing the hearts and minds of the media. Nick brought a Britney Spears impersonator to today’s Mountain West media event and instantly received 5* marketing tweets and IGs.
Nick, a former Hawaii quarterback, is 10-16 over his first two seasons as a head coach and is going to stay employed one way or the other until he’s fairly old. I’m telling you, there’s very little chance this guy is getting bad publicity because the media nerds want to see Britney impersonators once a year. Trust me, this goes a long way with the media nerds.
It’s also a nice touch that Nick, turns 40 in February, brings gifts for his fellow coaches. This guy gets it. REALLY gets it. And he’s a Timmy Chang away from wrecking the Mountain West. The bad news: Nick will have a new QB this season. It’s probably going to be a struggle, but at least the media won’t crush the guy.
