Now seems like a good time to start tailgating to Texas Longhorns games. The team’s first season under head coach Tom Herman went relatively well with a two-win improvement and bowl game appearance, and there’s reason to expect more going forward.
As for our featured ride of the day, that would be a Longhorns 1981 Ford F-600 tailgate truck, which is available for $5,000 in Pflugerville. The current owner says it’s been “legendary” to his party throughout the years, but is now looking to part with it.

Sad to post this because this truck has been legendary for us!
1981
Ford F600
Great tailgating truck with roll up doors, lots of storage, sirens/lights, aluminum body, runs good, strong Diesel engine but does need some work.
Sitting at storage asking $5000 OBO.
Before you shell out five grand, find out what’s wrong with that engine to avoid buying something that could potentially be a money pit.
