Page Six first reported last night that ESPN personalities Jalen Rose (NBA Countdown, Get Up and a bunch of other stuff) and Molly Qerim (host of First Take) got married sometime recently in New York City before jetting off to a Turks & Caicos honeymoon.
ESPN commentator and former NBA star Jalen Rose got secretly married to fellow ESPN host Molly Qerim, sources exclusively told Page Six.
An insider told us, “The media power couple married in the New York City area then boarded a flight to Turks and Caicos.”
Qerim — who hosts the network’s “First Take” — posted on Instagram last week a shot of the couple on the island, in which she appears to be wearing a diamond ring on her left hand.
It didn’t take long for that report to become fact after Rose and Qerim started posting photos from the wedding and honeymoon this afternoon when news started getting around. But the real person who broke the wedding story actually happened to be none other than Dickie V, who congratulated Molly on Twitter late last night after the Page Six report.
Then Jalen Rose dropped this photo with Molly in, what I’m assuming is, her wedding dress. That opened the floodgates to start posting Instagram photos from the wedding and now we can officially call them a married couple.
