Buy Toby Gerhart's Jacksonville Home — $865,000

Now here’s a house that is actually affordable. Former Heisman Trophy runner-up Toby Gerhart and his wife, Meredith, are selling their four-bedroom, waterfront home in Jacksonville for $865,000. It features the open-floor concept that everyone seems to want these days, a dock, pool, and remodeled kitchen. Check out the gallery above, it really is quite tasteful.
According to public records, the Gerharts purchased the house in 2014 for $679,000 while Toby had his stint with the Jaguars, so a nice little profit is possible here.
From Toby’s realtor:

Luxury waterfront living complete with dock and boat lifts; extensive remodel in 2013; open concept floor plan with beautifully remodeled kitchen in 2015; large downstairs master with spa-like bath; outdoor kitchen perfect for entertaining poolside.

What has Toby been up to recently? No idea. He was last seen with the Jags in 2015 and was released by the team in March 2016. As far as retirement, Toby never officially made an announcement and is still labeled a free agent if anyone needs wants to give the Stanford star a look.

Additional highlights of Toby’s home:

  • 4 beds/ 3 baths/ 2,863 sqft
  • 6 miles from Trader Joe’s
  • 13 miles from Doll House
