American Ninja Warrior and NFL Network’s Akbar Gbaja-Biamila was tabbed to throw out the first pitch at today’s Giants-Phillies game. A simple task on paper, but as we all know it’s a surefire way to go viral for all the wrong reasons if not executed properly.
How did Gbaja-Biamila fare? Well, he gets some style points for working in a Bronson Arroyo-esque leg kick. Beyond that, however, it was a total disaster that likely killed some worms:

Now while this was bad, I’m not going to extreme lengths like some people who are comparing it to 50 Cent’s outing at the Mets game a couple years ago. That was by the far the worst first pitch of all time, and here it is again if you needed a refresher:
