UCF has been in the news a lot recently, so I figured we could ride that wave today with our college girl of the day. Not only has the feud with Bama over their “National Championship” gone to a new level this week with Bama’s participation trophy stunt, but you also had one handed linebacker Shaquem Griffin get picked by the Seahawks to play alongside his brother.
