4 Beers Died During the Wizards-Raptors Game

If there’s one thing you don’t want to do in Canada, it’s waste alcohol. Booze is priced up in America’s hat, and more so at a sporting venue like the Air Canada Centre. With that in mind, you can understand why TSN announcer Jack Armstrong was nearly brought to tears when Game 2 between the Wizards and Raptors was delayed for a major courtside beer spillage.
“You can drop popcorn, you can drop soda pop, water…,” Armstrong ranted after the booze disaster.

Judging from Canadians making the same joke on Twitter, it looks like those beers may have been $20 a pop, which definitely justifies an over-the-top reaction.
