EIGHTY-TWO FEET. Let’s take a step back and look at the big picture before this putt for a second. Coming into the back nine, Russell Henley was staring a missed cut directly in the face. He double-bogeyed the 10th, then bogeyed the 14th, he was basically already packing his bags to watch the tournament from home this weekend. Then he steps up on 15 and puts it in an eagle putt from 82 feet away. Let me say that again: eighty-two feet.
Now he’s sitting pretty at only +2.
Just when it looked like Charleston's Russell Henley was on his way to missing #themasters cut he goes eagle, birdie on 15 and 16. 2-over now, tied for 33rd

Not only is he tied for 33rd now, but he gets to play the weekend. An incredible turn of events for the local Georgia kid.
And top that all off, earlier in the week he had his first kid with his wife. Right after he played the Monday practice round. Hell of a week, this is why we love the Masters.
@Espngreeny @ESPNBooger here’s a feel good story for @TheMasters. Russell Henley plays a Monday morning practice round at The masters then his wife has their first baby Monday night. Gotta root for this guy. pic.twitter.com/gaqnoIryVy
