Michigan State’s Miles Bridges could have been a lottery pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. Instead he opted to return for his sophomore season to win a championship. Probably not the wisest of business decisions Miles could have made, but unlike Grayson Allen last year, he didn’t totally tank his draft stock and posted identical stats to his freshman season across the board.
As for his road to a title, that begins Friday against No. 14 Bucknell. Michigan State is only favored by 14 points in that game… no pressure.
Off the court, Miles is dating a fellow baller in Marshall guard Mychelle Johnson. She was a four-star recruit out of high school and signed with Middle Tennessee, but didn’t play a game and ended up transferring to Marshall.
