I'm Absolutely Shocked This Florida Man Set His Crackhead Neighbor's Vette On Fire To Get Revenge

What, you can’t get revenge on your (alleged) crack head neighbor these days by setting his 1984 cherry red Vette on fire for (allegedly) stealing your lawnmower? What happened to this country I’ve always loved?
If anything, Brandon Rivera should’ve been arrested for that awful soul patch and that hair. Brooooo, c’mon. The only guy I know these days rocking a soul patch is my Podcast Partner Paul Eide, but he barely has hair to go with it. In his case it’s like a bald guy growing a goatee so he doesn’t look like Charlie Villanueva.
From the Daytona Beach News-Journal:

An Edgewater man was arrested on allegations he set fire to the upholstery of his neighbor’s 1984 red Chevy Corvette because he felt the vehicle owner was a thief and a “crack head,” according to an arrest report.
Brandon Rivera, 38, was charged Wednesday night with burglary of a vehicle and arson. He was released from the Volusia County Branch Jail after posting $20,000 bail.
Edgewater police said Rivera entered the Corvette, owned by John Boutelle and Paula Farrell, and set the inside of it on fire using “an accelerant,” which which they could still smell when the arrived at the scene.
A neighbor said he saw Rivera light the fire, the report stated. Police said the same neighbor extinguished the fire with a garden hose.

Brandon told cops he couldn’t find lighter fluid, so he grabbed a Gatorade bottle filled with gasoline that he had in his vehicle from a landscaping job.
Bonus points for coming clean here.
