No criminals. No gimmicks. No anthem kneeling. No social justice warriors. Just pure football that’s faster and safer than the NFL. That’s what Vince McMahon wants his new version of the XFL to be in early 2020 when the season is supposedly going to start. I assume you’re not shocked that the BDs aren’t sold on this league and its survival.
This is straight from Vince’s mouth:
“We are evaluating a player based on many things, including the quality of human being they are,” McMahon said. “If you have any sort of criminal record or commit a crime you aren’t playing in this league.”
The BDs seem to think this is some sort of Trump league and they’re having a hard time giving Vince a chance in this political climate. Vince will clearly need to do some work if he wants the BDs live betting his XFL.
Betting is the ultimate goal here. You see that, right? Now is the time to form a league so you can get a cut of the gambling dollars. Hell, I’m thinking of starting a professional dartball league so I can get a cut.
