I’m not a criminal expert, but Florida Man Tarvice Payne might need to go to jail for an extended period of time to figure out how to not get so triggered. He jumped on the crazy train Christmas Eve at a Florida gas station where he threatened to kill a cashier over a Black & Mild. This comes just a few months after he was arrested for threatening some guy…with an ax.
Tarvice accused that guy of stealing his drugs.
Now we have Tarvice ramping up with a murder threat over a smoke. From the Palm Beach Post:
Police were called to a Chevron gas station on the 400 block of Southwest Port St. Lucie Boulevard about 8 p.m. on Christmas Eve, according to the report.
The cashier of the store said Payne came into the store and asked for a Black & Mild Cigar, but said he didn’t have the money to pay for it. Without money, the cashier told Payne he couldn’t give him the cigar, according to the report.
“You’re going to die tonight for 85 cents?” Payne told the cashier, according to two witnesses who spoke to police.
Just another Christmas Eve in Florida.
At some point Tarvice stole an American flag and was drinking alcohol in a car. He was taken to jail with a $65,000 bail on his head.
