Former NBAer Baron Davis is making some serious waves before 2017 is through.
It was announced earlier this month that Baron will be making his hardwood return in Ice Cube’s BIG3 league, and will play for Allen Iverson’s team. The last time most of us saw Baron balling is back in 2012 when he played for the Knicks — that ended with a disastrous knee injury. Good vibes this time around, though.

An eyewitness tells Us Weekly that following a lunch date where the pair were “talking, laughing and having a great time,” the athlete, 38, carried the actress’ purse as the duo packed on PDA. Although Dern, who divorced Ben Harper in 2013 after eight years of marriage, was “trying to remain incognito,” says the observer, they “were kissing and touching and were all over each other.”
The duo, said the eyewitness, looked “infatuated with each other” and “very much like a new couple in love.”
Baron went through a divorce this past summer with Isabella Brewster (sister of Jordana), but clearly all is well now. He’s got the Jurassic Park mom.
