Just when you thought Barry Bonds, 53, was just going to fade away as the allegedly juiced home run king who shrunk via bicycling, he comes off the top rope as a baker who is so serious about bread making. How serious is Bonds about being a baker? His last two IGs are about his baking and this is from a guy who rather conservative with his IG uploads.
We’re talking two bread making IGs over seven days. That’s the sign of a guy who has taken his baking to the next level because now he’s comfortable showing people that he enjoys baking bread.
That’s Michael Kalanty (above) giving Barry a bread baking lesson. Kalanty is the author of “How To Bake Bread,” a 4.5 star bread book on Amazon. Kalanty also wrote “How To Bake MORE Bread: Modern Breads/Wild Yeast,” another 4.5 star bread book.
In other words, Bonds went to the Bread God for a lesson on how to take his bread to the next level. That’s right, the man with 762 career home runs is now a baker who cherishes his bread.
