Johnny Manziel’s fiancee Bre Tiesi had a bit of situation this past weekend as she was bitten on the side of her upper lip by a dog. According to the story she uploaded on IG, Bre was trying to separate her two dogs from an unknown third dog in her home when it attacked and ripped her lip up (warning: a little graphic):
