It’s been a wild week for Jimbo Fisher. Just this past Wednesday he was sitting in a Tallahassee bar with a microphone dealing with pissed off FSU fans asking him about loyalty. Fast forward 4 days and he’s got himself a new job with the Aggies, a fresh start in the SEC, and one sad Christmas tree sitting in a dump somewhere in Florida.

Today, Jimbo arrived in College Station and the Aggies went all out with the welcome party. They literally rolled out a maroon carpet for him and sent the band to play what I’m assuming is the A&M fight song as he walked to a limo with his new $75 million dollar contract.

Is that a war hero or a college football coach? It’s hard to say.

Now A&M regent Tony Buzbee makes his way down the tarmac to meet Jimbo Fisher’s plane as the #FTAB looks on. Truly an inspiring moment. pic.twitter.com/P7jAGipRlv
