Unlike the NFL now, college football is still living in the stone age when it comes to celebrations. For some reason, 18-22 year-olds can’t handle celebrations, so anything resembling one is going to get you flagged with the quickness.
So you gotta get creative if you want to have fun after a big play. You can use the ball, you can’t really dance, and you need to keep it subtle. Thankfully, we had UCF come up with the most college football celebration imaginable earlier this afternoon: shotgunning beers.
Good thing they were fake beers and there’s no chance these three will be doing anything resembling that later tonight because they are student-athletes who set good examples.
When you celebrate made field goals by shotgunning beers that gets my respect @UCF_Football pic.twitter.com/kV9Xw2OlgX
