Had my first Little Caesars Arena experience last night & the place is just different
I’ve been to a couple arenas, not nearly as many as you guys because you’re bigger sports fans than I am, but The Pizza Box in Detroit is one of those arenas you’re going to enjoy. It just happened that one of my neighbors has a suite, one of the gondola suites that literally hangs over the crowd and has an incredible view of the ice. 8 seats, food service, drink service and a fun catwalk that is suspended over fans sitting below. It’s tough to describe.
And yes, if you order a pizza in the place, it’s a Little Caesars pizza.
It’ll help once they get The District done. There is construction all over around the place making it hard to park, get around and still have time to see the statues and all that.
And as for the Pistons saying the place doesn’t feel like home, they’re not wrong. The Pistons are living in a hockey arena. They can change the color of the LEDs all they want. It’s pure hockey.

Most #NBA players are paid twice a month all year. Since escrow Tax payments are paid only during the season, (12 equal semi monthly installments beginning Nov 15th) players checks in off season are > than in regular season.
