The Buffalo Bills graced us with random quarterback news today as they benched Tyrod Taylor for Nathan Peterman. Who the hell is Nathan Peterman? He’s a rookie out of Pittsburgh who was selected in the fifth round of this year’s draft.
Peterman made his first pro appearance this past Sunday, throwing for 79 yards and a touchdown in garbage time. Nothing crazy, but he technically did outperform Taylor, who was dreadful with 56 yards and an interception before getting pulled late.

Off the field, Peterman is married to his college sweetheart, Morgan Shull. They met in 2012 while they were both attending the University of Tennessee. (Nathan transferred to Pitt in 2015.)
