There have been many terrible punt returns in the history of the NFL, but the Chargers’ Travis Benjamin cemented the No. 1 spot this afternoon.
As you can see above, bonehead Benjamin channeled whatever Browns magic he had left in him and ran the wrong direction after muffing a punt. Not the first time we’ve seen someone do this, but, you know, probably not the best idea inside your own 10-yard line.
