The 2018 NFL draft is going to Dallas

During draft weekend back in April, I said that it’s going to be almost impossible to top Philly as a draft location. The people of that city turned something normally pretty boring in the NFL draft and turned it into a total shit show. It was a content factory for 4 days and I really hoped they’d keep it there. Well, as the NFL tends to do, they’ve taken something already great and messed with it. So in 2018, they’re going to Dallas.

Via Star-Telegram:

The NFL is bringing the 2018 Draft to Texas.

More important, it is coming to Arlington, April 26-28.

The NFL awarded the three-day draft to the Dallas Cowboys and it will be held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The Cowboys submitted several bids for the draft, including a dual site with The Star in Frisco along with AT&T Stadium.

The NFL chose the one site, Arlington, with AT&T Stadium being the primary host.
