Yes, there are now two posts from the NSFWBDs on the Great Eclipse of 2017. That’s just how fuccing important this eclipse was to the BDs. They were in on it from multiple angles and now comes the finality of it all — they survived and put out some tweets to prove it.
As for myself, I wasn’t in the totality zone so there was still a sliver of sun here in northern Ohio. It didn’t get dark. That was disappointing. I did head out for lunch to see people looking into the sky. That was entertainment. Come to think of it, we need more eclipses like this one. Something that brings people together so they can stop arguing politics for five minutes or however long that moon covered up the sun.
Here’s the bad news: the next totality eclipse is scheduled for April 2024 — and Ohio is in the zone. It’s gonna be LIT!
