This is really the only way to honor Dale Jr’s last ride through Watkins Glen today as a NASCAR fan. It was either this guy sun burns Dale’s 88 to his chest or he tattoos it. Those are the only options. NASCAR fans have a reputation to uphold and when guys like Dale are on their way to retirement, the tried and true die-hards know how to properly appreciate a legend.
He might’ve needed another hour or two in the sun to really get that burn going so we can get a better visual, but the effort is there and I respect that. This is Dega level fandom coming out of Watkins Glen.
