The fact that it’s been six years since we’ve seen Vladimir Guerrero launch a home run is absolutely depressing. Sure, we’ll eventually be graced by the presence of his son (top prospect Vlad Guerrero Jr.) in a year or two, but he’s not the same type of free-swinging monster — the kid is actually cool with working counts and taking walks.
But fortunately for those with Vlad Sr. withdrawal, the future Hall of Famer dropped a fun IG video of himself impaling a softball and admiring his work:
