Did you spend your Saturday night on 4th of July weekend watching boxing? I sure did, but if you didn’t, here’s a little recap: Jeff Horn won the fight (probably a little Australian home cooking, can’t trust boxing judges these days), Manny Pacquiao probably should’ve won and Teddy Atlas acted like a crazy person all night.
I don’t get too riled up over boxing these days. Just doesn’t do it for me. I’ll let the die-hards like Teddy lose their minds over bad judges and last night, he put on a show. Let’s get into it:
Before the fight was even over, Teddy was about to have a heart attack

Then the fight ends, Pacquiao gets robbed, and Teddy takes it to another level

Teddy Atlas is going off. Slamming the table even. "You don't give everybody a trophy for trying hard!" #PacquiaoHorn

Ted gets some assurance from Tim Bradley
Teddy Atlas just patted Tim Bradley on the head like he was his 10 year old grandson. Teddys the best. 😂 #PacquiaoHorn pic.twitter.com/H3MVCtijge

Finally, we move on to the interviews, where Teddy straight up tells Jeff Horn he thinks he lost

And there you have it. It was a pretty good fight, but an even better performance by Teddy Atlas. Nobody should care that much about boxing, but he does and that’s what makes it glorious.
"They just gave a trophy to a local kid who tried hard." Perfect quote by Teddy Atlas #PacquiaoHorn
