I’ve seen people do this workout before (on the internet, I don’t go actually go to the gym) and I never understood what it’s for? I guess it has something to do with your core? Every time I see I can’t help but think how ridiculous it looks.
Is it something for sex? Who knows? I don’t think James Harrison has time for sex, so maybe not. I’m pretty sure all he does is sleep, workout and play football, but once again he proves how much of a freak he is by air humping 700 some odd pounds.
If you want to get motivated/feel like a lazy sack of shit, just follow James on IG. Every post is him just throwing tons of weight around.
