How do I know playoff hockey IS BACK? Because we had a Penguins fan get LIT up last night by a Pittsburgh cop’s Taser during Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Bonus: Penguins fans yelling “shoot him” as the bad guy was being removed from his seat.
Jason Miller, 29, of Altoona is in a little bit of trouble…and he spent a bunch of money on that seat.
According to a criminal complaint, when an officer approached Miller he allegedly said “I’m not leaving. I paid too much for the seat.”Police said Miller continued to refuse to leave and, when an officer pulled a Taser out, Miller began to mock him and asked his girlfriend to start recording video.
The officer then grabbed Miller by the jersey and escorted him to the concourse but they say he continued to resist and tried to break free. Police were finally able to get Miller to an elevator and began to try to get him handcuffed and that’s when he allegedly attacked one of the officers, pinning her to the corner of the elevator and choking her.
You can see pretty much everything described by the police in the above video. Poor Jason’s going to blow all of his Game 6 & 7 money on lawyer fees. Such a shame, bro.
Sidenote: There was a 29-year-old Jason Miller from Altoona who was arrested in 2016 for trying to stab his girlfriend with a machete. Not sure if it’s the same Jason Miller. Probably just a coincidence.
Do you know if this is the same Jason Miller? Let us know.
