And it only cost the team $77.5 million to get the land. That’s for 62 acres of desert. Not too bad for land that doesn’t have a drop of water on it. It appears the land is across I-15 from Mandalay Bay. That means that Crazy Horse Gentlemen’s Club will be right around the corner from the new stadium. The good news for those that live on that side of I-15 is that the area around the stadium will be mostly industrial businesses and the locals will have options to avoid what’s going to be a complete mess on gamedays. And The Orleans just became a solid option for those who don’t want to pay Strip prices to see a football game. Uber guy takes a couple of backroads and you’re sucking down $15 beers at a Raiders game.
