After a terrible year for the Bengals last season, Andy Dalton has been pretty quiet this off-season. He hasn’t lost any luggage and he hasn’t had any other fun or interesting stories. He’s just been kind of boring at a time where we normally get some classic Andy content.
Even thought the team sucked last season, Andy was decent. 18 TD’s, 8 picks, and a 64% completion percentage, so I’m assuming he has at least another year without someone gunning for his job. The only off-season news coming out of the Dalton camp so far has been this. He’s put his Fort Worth house on the market, which we assume is where he lives when he’s not in Cincy.
Details from the realtor:
Gorgeous home that backs to a nature trail in the exclusive gated, guarded golf course community of Mira Vista. This lovely home on .5 acres has 2 bedrooms down, an office, media room and game room. Each bedroom has a bath and walk-in closet. The master suite boasts 2 huge closets, exquisite bath and an exercise room. Lovely travertine and wood throughout the downstairs. Sparkling pool and expansive patios for entertaining. Easy access to Chisholm Trail and convenience to downtown.
Andy got that fat new contract a few years back and maybe now he’s just deciding to upgrade the spring/summer house. He just had another kid, so maybe he’s looking for something a little bigger in the same area. This is definitely a rookie house and not fit for a middle-tier Qb with a family of four.
